The best vegan muffins & double chocolate

28-09-2020

Hey hey little creatures that read my words!

If you are the type of people who skip all the igstories without whithout even blinking eyes, then you may be a little lost in this recipe. On the contrary, if you pay a little attention, you should already know what muffins I'm talking about. I shared these delicious some time ago and meanwhile I thought it would be interesting to publish the recipe here too.

Anyway. enough talk, let's move on to the recipe. I think you'll like it because these are literally the best muffins I've ever eaten, and I'm not even a fan of chocolate, okay?

I like to keep recipes simple, even vegan (where you normally put 500 things we never ever hear about in our lives), so we'll just need:

- 1 chocolate tablet (vegan, of course, attention to the label) chopped into small pieces

- 2 cups of flour

- 1/2 cup sugar

- 1/3 cup of vegetable oil

- 4 tablespoons chocolate or cocoa powder

- 1/2 cup of vegetable milk of your choice (I used soy)

- 1 packet (about 200ml) of soy cream

- a bit of salt

- 1 tablespoon of baking soda

- 1 tablespoon of vinegar

First of all, preheat the oven to 180º. And for the preparation of the muffins just add all the dry ingredients in one bowl and all the liquid ingredients in another. Wrap each one separately until they are homogeneous and then the liquids can be added little by little to the dry ones. Envolve slowly, distribute the dough into molds and place in the oven 20-25min.

And you have the best vegan chocolate muffins u have ever tasted. Enjoy!
